…a bit about Mary
Mary dropped nearly 25 pounds of weight and 28 points of LDL cholesterol (the bad kind), when she changed what she ate to feel better! She actually started that process with a real food cleanse. And she never hit the gym once! (that’s a story for another day!) While she doesn’t recommend skipping exercise, she learned first firsthand the powerful impact simple changes in diet and lifestyle can have on our health and wellness.
Compelled by her experiences, Mary went back to school and became a Certified Holistic Health Coach via the Integrative Institute of Nutrition in New York City, the world’s largest nutrition school and a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She is author of the Amazon book, Lifestyling Wellness. Mary is available for speaking, wellness workshops and is a private health coach to big energy, high achievers ready to improve their life with healthy food and lifestyle.
