Skills for your lifetime
Still have some questions?
See if these will help…and always feel free to reach out for a chat. Remember, I offer a complimentary Discovery Session to help us get acquainted and discuss options around your goals.
Q: Who is this for?
A: My one-on-one practice focuses on busy working people and entrepreneurs. Having spent most of my career in corporate and venture-funded start-up business, I ‘get’ you. If you’re motivated to make a change and enjoy the success that comes from a new lifestyle, you’re in the right place. If are looking for ways to feel more energized with less brain fog, fatigue, stress and lose some weight, I can help you with easy sustainable options. This is not some fad diet that will leave your hungry or putting hours in on a treadmill. This is your real life and the solution must be practical. My goal is to help you carve out a healthier lifestyle and eating patterns, one step at a time. We’ll take it as fast or as slow as you would like. You can start to enjoy some results even by taking small steps, even if you travel for work. If you have had enough and are ready to commit to taking care of those niggling symptoms, we can help you to make adjustments that will allow you to have a better quality of life.
Q: How does one-on-one coaching work?
A: Coaching sessions take place in person, by phone, Skype or Face time. We’ll start off identifying your goals and then defining an action plan. Each private coaching session will focus on your goals and your progress. We’ll identify bottlenecks and I’ll introduce you to new food and lifestyle ideas. Just like any important project, I find that it helps to dialog at regular intervals in order to free up any concerns or bottlenecks that you have. This way we’re sure you have fresh ideas to choose from in order to be successful and we keep you moving forward toward your goals!
Yes, you can. I’ll show you how
Q: Which program is best for me?
A: That depends on you! I firmly believe that incremental improvements lead to long-term gains. But sometimes it takes time to peel the onion and implement an achievable plan that allows you to take steps at a comfortable pace. And as you have probably heard in the past, real behavioral changes take time to become part of your life. I really would like for you to view this as an investment in your long-term wellness. I’ll share techniques, introduce options and give you time to try them out and add more on as you are ready. I do find that somewhere between 3 and 6 months is ideal but am completely flexible based on your needs and available time.
Q: How quickly will I see results?
A: That depends on you, your goals and your action toward the goals. But if you commit to taking the steps, I would expect to see some changes within two weeks. You may zigzag a bit. But the more you stay focused, the more goals you can bang out. I’d be willing to bet your early successes will help motivate you to see how far you can go. Many years ago, when I began this process, I found that I got early results and as I stayed focused, my results continued to improve over several weeks to months. Within a few weeks, people wanted to know what I was doing, stopped me to say I looked younger, and the results of my annual physical improved. Remember this is not a fad diet or a crash and burn in the gym. This is about learning how to manage your wellness to your personal best. These are skills you will use for a lifetime and so we want to bake in knowledge and behavior change that you can maintain and love as your new lifestyle. This isn’t about being perfect 100% of the time either. You will learn about new food and lifestyle options that may leave you wondering why you didn’t get started sooner. My goal for you is to pick out those things that work best for you so that you too can lifestyle your wellness.
