Many unknowlingly sabotage their hard work and health trying to keep up with a busy schedule while putting themselves last behind family and career on the long list of to-do’s. Over time, these go-getters wind up over-weight, over-stressed, drained of energy, burned out, suffering with tummy problems and sometimes feeling downright sick while battling cravings, insomnia and the drive-thru window. 

Others need help finding themselves again, getting some healthy activity and hobbies back into their lives or help following doctor’s orders.  Most know something needs to change, have been on a variety of diets, don’t want to follow another diet dujour, but don’t know where to begin to feel better.

Mary helps clients establish momentum in their wellness and show up as their personal best. The cornerstone of the work is to uncover poor food and lifestyle choices and create healthy, new habits making the “What’s there to eat?”, so “What can I wear in the morning?” comes easier.

Mary should know

As a busy corporate exec managing award-winning, multi-million dollar programs, Mary suffered with an auto-immune, thyroid disease, crushing fatigue, a pocketful of prescription medication for growing list of issues . Mary lost 23 pounds of weight and 28 points on her LDL (the bad kind) cholesterol and nearly 4 dress sizes when she changed what she ate to feel better.

Food is just one piece of the mix

Lifestyle, including stress management and exercise is the other.  Compelled by her earlier results, the loss of both parents by the time she was 50 and a personal health crisis, Mary knew a change was needed.  She overhauled her approach to life.

Mary’s personal experience is what makes her so passionate about helping others improve the quality of their lives while juggling busy careers.  Clients embark on a personal wellness journey where they joyfully find increased energy, effective weight management techniques, looking and feeling younger, say goodbye to brain fog (that’s what they call it), enjoy more peaceful sleep, and make delicious healthy meals fast (to name a few things)!
