Mary dropped nearly 25 pounds of weight and 28 points of LDL cholesterol (the bad kind), when she changed what she ate to feel better!  She actually started that process with a whole food cleanse. And she never hit the gym once! (that’s a story for another day!) While she doesn’t recommend skipping exercise, she learned first firsthand the powerful impact simple changes in diet and lifestyle can have on our health and wellness.

What do we eat on the Real Food Cleanse?

You choose what you eat from dozens of easy, delicious recipes made from real food. You plan to eat 3 meals per day plus snacks and even desserts as needed. Just to be clear, we’re eating real foods that will satisfy you. There is no fasting or living on shakes or taking handfuls of supplements or going hungry.

Will I feel hungry?

Actually, the idea is not to be hungry. You’ll choose from lots of clean, delicious healthy foods in the Recipes guide including snacks and sweet treats. 

Will I have and side effects or cravings for foods I’m giving up during the cleanse?

You may. Every person’s response is different and any side effects that occur, usually disappear in 2-3 days. At no time should you experience anything to prevent you from doing your typical daily activities. I include tips for working past any side effects inside the program.

Will I like the food? Could I feed this to my family?
